WORKONASYS

Privacy Policy

A Product by TYCEFORGEA

Draft for final legal review before commercial launch. This page is not a finalized commercial policy.

Information used by the service

WORKONASYS processes account information, organization and workspace membership, work records, relationships, comments, attachments, preferences, activity history, and subscription information to provide its features. Information you add may be visible to other people according to organization roles and work permissions.

How information supports your work

The service uses recorded work to calculate execution guidance, dependencies, notifications, and automation outcomes. Account and session information supports authentication and access controls. Audit records support work history and investigation of changes.

Service providers and external links

The application integrates with Supabase for authentication, database services, and private attachments; Razorpay for configured payments; and Resend for configured invitation emails. Those providers process information needed for their services. Documents linked to external services remain subject to the external services' access settings and policies.

Cookies and browser storage

The application uses session cookies to maintain sign-in and selected workspace context. Browser storage also supports interface preferences and refresh notifications between tabs. Authentication tokens are handled through HTTP-only cookies.

Access, retention, and requests

Use the available account and workspace controls to manage your information. Downgrading a subscription does not automatically delete work. Retention periods, account deletion procedures, and privacy-request handling must be finalized before commercial launch. Do not submit passwords or payment secrets in support requests.
