The service

WORKONASYS is The Execution Platform, a product by TYCEFORGEA. It connects recorded work, dependencies, people, and decisions. These draft terms describe intended use and require final review before they become commercial terms.

Accounts and authorized use

Use accounts and workspaces only with appropriate authorization. Protect your sign-in credentials, keep account information accurate, and review invitations and access permissions before sharing work. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other users, or upload content you are not authorized to provide.

Work and decisions

Execution guidance depends on the work and relationships recorded in the service. Review recommendations and simulations before acting. Simulations do not apply changes. Human-required approvals and recipient acceptance remain part of the applicable workflows.

Subscriptions

Displayed prices and billing intervals describe available plan configurations. Paid access follows verified subscription state. Usage limits may change when a subscription ends or a plan changes. Enterprise arrangements require a separate agreement; the application does not provide Enterprise self-service checkout.

Items requiring final review

The contracting entity, eligibility requirements, content rights, termination procedures, service commitments, liability provisions, and applicable dispute terms must be approved before commercial launch. This draft does not select a jurisdiction, promise availability, or state a legal waiver.
