Refund / Cancellation Policy

Billing intervals

Monthly and yearly subscriptions use the interval selected at checkout. Yearly prices are charged for the yearly interval rather than as monthly installments. Review the amount and interval in checkout before authorizing payment.

Cancel renewal

Organization owners and administrators can manage an existing subscription from Billing. For an active subscription, the application requests cancellation at the end of the current billing cycle. Access follows the verified provider state. Refresh subscription status to check confirmation; submitting a cancellation request alone is not proof that the provider completed it.

After paid access ends, Free capacity applies. Cancellation does not automatically delete recorded work. Changing plans currently requires the existing subscription to end before a replacement is created.

Refund requests and payment problems

A commercial refund policy has not yet been finalized. This draft does not promise or deny refund eligibility, set a refund deadline, or promise processing times. Cancellation and a refund are separate actions. Final terms must be reviewed before commercial launch.

For a payment discrepancy or cancellation problem, use Contact / Support. Include only the information needed to identify the issue, such as a payment reference; do not send card details, passwords, or payment secrets.
